About the Role
The Digital Power- Technical Development Program is designed to accelerate your technical capabilities across Schneider Electric's core business areas. You'll rotate through meaningful assignments that expose you to product development, systems integration, field applications, and technical support—giving you a comprehensive foundation in digital power technology and solution delivery. This structured program combines real project work with mentorship, allowing you to build deep technical knowledge while contributing to customer success.
What You'll Do
- Participate in cross-functional teams developing and implementing digital power and automation solutions
- Support technical design, testing, and troubleshooting of power management systems and related technologies
- Collaborate with engineering, field service, and customer-facing teams to understand application requirements and solutions
- Contribute to documentation, technical specifications, and knowledge transfer across program rotations
- Engage in continuous learning through mentored projects that build professional and technical competencies
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or related technical field
- Strong foundation in electrical systems, automation, or industrial technology concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences

Compensation and Employment
This is a full-time position. The salary range for candidates based in the United States is $62,900–$66,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive compensation.
