About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Auto Casualty Claims Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll manage a caseload of motor vehicle liability claims from initial report through resolution, ensuring fair and timely claim handling while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Investigate auto casualty claims by reviewing documentation, police reports, and damage assessments to establish liability
• Communicate directly with claimants, insured parties, and witnesses to gather information and provide claim status updates
• Analyze claim details to determine coverage and calculate appropriate settlement amounts
• Prepare and extend settlement offers based on claim investigation findings
• Manage comprehensive claim files, ensuring complete documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Follow up on outstanding information and coordinate repairs or medical evaluations as needed
• Resolve disputes and answer policyholder questions with professionalism and expertise

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working as an Auto Casualty Claims Specialist or Auto Bodily Injury Claims Specialist
• Strong knowledge of auto insurance policies, coverage types, and claims procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple claims simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to make sound decisions based on policy language and claim facts
• Proficiency with claims management software and computer systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required
