About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Traffic Control Executive to join our dynamic team at Flix in Bangalore. As a Customer Service & Escalations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and managing escalations effectively.

• Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently
• Handle escalated cases with a high level of professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer concerns
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
• Assisting with the resolution of complex issues requiring escalated attention
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and resolutions
• Providing feedback on service improvements based on customer experiences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer service or support role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with travel industry operations is a plus
