About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and curious Senior Full-Stack Engineer with Kotlin expertise to join our team in Flix's Supply Division. This role involves driving innovation and solving complex challenges to enhance the customer station experience for millions of passengers worldwide. You will take ownership of roadmap epics, align technical requirements across the team, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to develop and improve product vision.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of roadmap epics as a topic driver and aligning technical requirements and solutions with the product owner
• Working closely with business stakeholders on continuously developing and improving the product vision while keeping the business value in mind
• Driving the development process using an agile environment
• Collaborating daily with fellow team members through pair and ensemble programming, code reviews, testing, and operations
• Frequently delivering new versions of the product using continuous integration and delivery
• Confidently working with or learning to use cutting-edge technologies and tools including Kotlin across server and browser, JVM on the server-side (Ktor, Axon Framework), and component-based frameworks

What We're Looking For

Flix is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can contribute to shaping our product by driving innovation. You should have experience in Kotlin across both server and browser environments, as well as familiarity with JVM on the server-side using Ktor and Axon Framework. Additionally, you will be part of a self-organized, cross-functional, and distributed team that builds products enabling Flix station managers to scale inventory management for millions of passengers.
