You will drive the development of analytical products and standards that enable data-driven pricing, marketing, and revenue decisions across the organization.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize reporting solutions in Power BI and Excel.
- Proactively identify new reporting needs and improve existing analytical processes with business stakeholders.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and scalable, automated solutions that support profitable and sustainable growth.
- Work closely with Revenue Management, Commercial Excellence, and Marketing stakeholders to deliver impactful results.
- Communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience working in data analysis roles.
- Able to translate business questions into insights and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent documentation skills for ensuring accuracy and transparency of data products and reports.
- Experience supporting revenue optimization processes, profitability, and sustainable growth.
