We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Loan Customer Service Representative to join our team at LoanMax Title Loans in Onley, Virginia. This full-time position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries related to loan services, including processing applications and providing information on loan terms and conditions.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ambient knowledge of loan services and financial products is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle customer concerns effectively.
• Prior experience in a customer service role or related field preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
