The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Loan Servicing Representative to join our team at LoanMax Title Loans in Laurens, South Carolina. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our loan servicing processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Process loan applications and manage customer inquiries efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each loan transaction
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide support
• Work rotating Saturdays as required, from 9:00 AM onwards
• Adhere to store hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues promptly and effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with loan servicing processes is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume of customer interactions
• Must be willing to work rotating Saturdays as needed
