What This Role Involves

The Loan Servicing Analyst will be responsible for managing post-origination loan activities. This includes ensuring accurate processing of payments, adjustments, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

What You'll Do

• Process and record loan payments accurately and efficiently
• Monitor and manage loan accounts to ensure timely and compliant servicing
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of all transactions related to the loans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in loan servicing or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with loan servicing software and systems is preferred
• A proven track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of service
