The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technician I to join our team at Alcon Research in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). As a key member of the Sterile Production Operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production processes while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Core Duties

• Perform routine tasks related to sterile production operations under supervision
• Adhere to strict quality control procedures and maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Assist in the maintenance of equipment and machinery used in production processes
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or related environment preferred
• Familiarity with basic sterile production processes and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications may be beneficial
