The Opportunity

We are seeking a Knitting Mill Operations Manager to lead our knitting mill operations and ensure seamless integration between manufacturing capabilities and the product vision of our HQ team. This role involves overseeing production planning, team leadership, quality control, purchasing, equipment maintenance, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical knowledge in circular knitting, yarns, fabric construction, dyeing, and finishing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the knitting mill operations to meet production goals and product vision
• Develop and implement efficient production plans
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to team members
• Maintain high standards of quality control in all aspects of textile production
• Manage purchasing processes for raw materials and equipment
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure optimal performance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices

Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge in circular knitting, yarns, fabric construction, dyeing, and finishing processes
• Proven experience in textile production management or a related field
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with purchasing and supply chain management
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety regulations
