Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of M&E, BSTM, and SBS departments.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards in building management.
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure smooth operation of all services within the building.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in operations management, preferably in a Grade A commercial setting.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of M&E, BSTM, and SBS systems and their integration within a building environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
