Role Overview

At Beacon Biosignals, we are dedicated to transforming precision medicine for the brain through innovative clinical development and diagnostics. As a Clinical Study Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful operational delivery of our clinical studies from startup to close-out. This is a full-time, on-site position with a preference for candidates based in the U.S. Central Time zone.

Core Duties

  • Oversee study startup planning and site onboarding/training.
  • Ensure efficient execution of clinical studies to meet timelines and quality standards.
  • Act as a key operational partner, proactively identifying risks and streamlining communication across stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of quality by coaching peers on Good Clinical Practice (GCP) compliance, documentation discipline, version control, and complaint management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research operations with a focus on study startup and site management.
  • Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Prior experience working with sponsors and internal teams is preferred.
