What This Role Involves

The Soft Service Executive role at JLL India (nationwide) (nationwide) is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring high-quality service standards are met across all touchpoints, and continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the client experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, providing personalized service that meets their specific needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and projects.
• Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and implement changes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Adept at managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
