The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Fire & Safety Officer to join our team at JLL. As a key member of the safety department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with fire regulations, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining emergency procedures.

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure adherence to fire safety standards
• Develop and implement fire safety training programs for employees
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of all fire safety activities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe working environment
• Respond to emergencies, including fire drills and evacuation procedures

Core Duties

The Fire & Safety Officer will be responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with local fire safety regulations and codes
• Conducting regular inspections of all facilities to identify potential hazards
• Developing and maintaining emergency response plans
• Providing training on fire prevention, evacuation procedures, and first aid
• Maintaining accurate records of all safety activities and reports

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Fire Safety or a related field
• Proven experience as a Fire & Safety Officer or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
