• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Analyze feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve future events.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event management or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with event planning software and tools is preferred.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
