The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Housekeeping Executive to join our team at AccorHotel, based in India (nationwide) (nationwide). This role is full-time and requires no remote work.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct daily briefings with staff at floor level
• Manage and supervise all tasks of the team to ensure compliance with standards and procedures
• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms, and housekeeping pantries according to set protocols
• Supervise public areas to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness
• Replenish guest supplies as needed and ensure prompt attention to guests' requests
• Attend to reports on damage incidents and take appropriate actions

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Detailed knowledge of cleaning procedures, standards, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with guests and staff
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene
