About the Role

We are seeking a Solar Project Executive to join our fast-scaling renewable energy consultancy operating across India’s solar EPC landscape. The role involves working with developers, IPPs, and government agencies to deliver utility-scale solar projects—from feasibility and design to commissioning and handover. You will bridge technical execution with financial and regulatory compliance, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and grid-integration standards.

Core Duties

• Conduct feasibility studies for new solar projects
• Develop detailed project designs and plans
• Manage EPC contractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution
• Coordinate with developers, IPPs, and government agencies
• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project progress and manage risks
• Prepare project reports and documentation for handover

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solar EPC projects
• Strong understanding of solar technology, engineering, and construction practices
• Familiarity with financial modeling and project management tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Affinity for working in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
