Executive, Packaging at Amneal in India (nationwide) (nationwide)

The Opportunity

This role is responsible for executing manufacturing and packaging operations within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will ensure products are packed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with cGMP and global regulatory requirements. The position oversees packaging lines including CVC lines, blister lines, bottle filling, labeling, and track & trace systems while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of manufacturing and packaging operations within a regulated pharmaceutical environment
• Ensure products are packed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with cGMP and global regulatory requirements
• Manage CVC lines, blister lines, bottle filling, labeling, and track & trace systems
• Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in packaging operations within a regulated pharmaceutical environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Demonstrated leadership skills to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
• In-depth knowledge of cGMP regulations and global regulatory requirements
• Strong understanding of track & trace systems and their integration into packaging operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in managing CVC lines, blister lines, bottle filling, labeling, and track & trace systems is preferred
