Position Summary
JLL is seeking a dedicated Business Support and Facilities Support professional to join our dynamic team in London. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support across various business functions while ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the success of JLL's clients and employees.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to key stakeholders, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Handle day-to-day facility management tasks such as arranging office supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating maintenance requests.
- Support the organization of events and meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made in a timely manner.
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business support or facilities management roles.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
