Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Teague. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing facilities and ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role is part-time and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various departments.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and management of Teague's facilities, including cleaning, repairs, and inventory management
• Coordinate with external vendors for facility-related services such as landscaping, security, and janitorial services
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to safety and environmental standards
• Manage office equipment and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replacement of items
• Support the organization in planning and executing facility-related events and meetings

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Facilities Coordinator or similar role
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members across departments
• Familiarity with facility management software and tools
• Prior experience in a design consultancy environment is preferred but not required
