The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior Correctional Officer to join our dedicated team. This role offers a competitive salary of $28.73 per hour and is based in Youngstown, Ohio. Your Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of inmates and staff through strict adherence to policies and procedures.
• Conduct thorough inspections and maintain a clean, organized environment in correctional facilities.

• Assist in the rehabilitation process by providing guidance and support to inmates as needed.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Correctional Officer or related field is required.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
• Demonstrate a commitment to public service and a desire to make a positive impact on society.
