The Opportunity

• Develop and implement comprehensive culinary strategies that align with JLL's vision and client needs
• Oversee daily operations of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency
• Manage a team of chefs and support staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive work environment
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall client satisfaction and operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all culinary operations

Key Responsibilities

The Culinary Services Manager will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing strategic plans to enhance the culinary offerings of JLL
• Managing budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability
• Providing leadership and mentorship to the culinary team to foster a culture of excellence and innovation
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and customer service
• Building strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Services Manager who possesses the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in culinary management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative culinary strategies
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor team members
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards
