About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Member Services Manager to join MIPS in Brisbane. As a key member of the MIPS Senior Leadership Team, you’ll lead a high-performing contact centre, drive service excellence and continuous improvement, and play an important role in delivering exceptional experiences for our members.
What You'll Do
- Lead a high-performing contact centre to ensure outstanding member service delivery
- Drive the implementation of service excellence initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Support MIPS’ Transformation Program by driving cultural change and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance member experience across all touchpoints
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a customer service or contact centre environment
- Demonstrated success in driving service excellence and continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with member or customer relationship management systems a plus
