Program Services Manager

Chapman Partnership is hiring a Program Services Manager to lead our Program Services operations team in Seybold, Miami-Dade County. This full-time role is ideal for an experienced operations leader ready to drive program excellence and team performance in a community-focused organization.

About the Role

You'll manage the daily operations of our Program Services department, supervising a team of case management professionals while ensuring quality service delivery across all initiatives. This position offers the chance to shape organizational culture, develop staff capabilities, and directly influence how we serve our community.

What You'll Do

• Manage Program Services day-to-day operations and ensure effective workflow
• Lead, supervise, and support case management staff with coaching and performance development
• Design and deliver training programs and professional development for staff
• Facilitate educational activities and in-service workshops
• Coordinate community partnerships and volunteer engagement efforts
• Track program performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement
• Maintain adherence to organizational standards and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience
• Background in program operations, case management, or community services
• Excellent communication and training abilities
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities and collaborating across departments

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in social services, business, or related field preferred
