Role Overview

As a Member Services Representative, you are essential to creating a welcoming, efficient banking experience at our branches. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you'll handle member inquiries, process transactions, and guide members toward financial products and services that fit their unique situations. This is an 18-month term position offering the opportunity to develop your skills in a cooperative credit union environment.

What You'll Do

• Process routine member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account servicing
• Assist members with digital banking platforms and online account management
• Listen actively to understand members' financial goals and recommend appropriate solutions
• Address member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with credit union policies
• Support branch operations and contribute to a positive member experience
