Director of Business Development (Corporate)

St. Moritz Security Services is hiring a Director of Business Development (Corporate) at our headquarters in Raleigh, Wake County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive strategic growth and enterprise partnerships for a security services organization with over 43 years of industry leadership.

About the Role

You'll lead corporate-facing business development efforts, identifying and cultivating relationships with enterprise clients, expanding market presence, and structuring deals that align with our service capabilities. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic vision with direct sales execution.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute business development strategy targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts in the corporate security sector
• Identify new market opportunities and evaluate competitive positioning within the security services landscape
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers, procurement teams, and facilities management leaders
• Lead contract negotiations, proposal development, and deal closure for significant security programs
• Partner with operations and account teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention
• Establish revenue targets, manage pipeline forecasts, and track business development metrics
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and business development events

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience in security services or related B2B corporate sectors
• Demonstrated success closing enterprise contracts and building business development teams
• Strong understanding of corporate security market dynamics and client procurement processes
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinking combined with accountability for measurable results
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
