What You'll Do
- Monitor assigned premises and maintain constant awareness of all activities and personnel
- Conduct regular patrols of properties, buildings, and secured areas
- Check identification and control access to facilities, ensuring only authorized individuals enter
- Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations
- Document all security incidents and observations in detailed, accurate reports
- Maintain security logs and communication records throughout your shift
- Assist clients and visitors while upholding professional standards and courtesy
- Follow all safety protocols and company security procedures
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid security license or certification (or willingness to obtain in compliance with Pennsylvania requirements)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and respond to situations as needed
- Attention to detail and accurate report-writing ability
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts as scheduled
