Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive for our Two Wheeler Loans department based at MKM Complex in Perambalur, India (nationwide) (nationwide). This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence.

What You'll Do

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to two-wheeler loans through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers in understanding loan terms, repayment schedules, interest rates, and other financial aspects of their loans.
• Process loan applications, renewals, and modifications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their transactions and loan accounts.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by ensuring prompt and courteous service at all times.

What We're Looking For

• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with financial products and services is advantageous but not mandatory as training will be provided.
• Prior experience in a similar role or relevant background would be beneficial.
