About the Role

As an Estimating and Operations Support specialist at Kiewit, you'll be a key contributor to our nuclear construction and energy solutions division. What You'll Do

• Prepare accurate project cost estimates and support bid development for nuclear construction initiatives
• Gather, organize, and analyze project data to inform pricing and resource planning decisions
• Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and field teams to ensure alignment between estimates and operational execution
• Maintain and update estimating databases and historical project records
• Support operational efficiency by tracking metrics, identifying cost trends, and recommending improvements
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and project documentation
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery of estimates and supporting materials

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office (Excel especially)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a commitment to accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience in construction, engineering, or related field preferred
