About the Role

As an Equipment & Construction Management Consultant at Accenture, you will partner with leading clients to modernize their sourcing and procurement strategies across equipment-intensive and construction-driven operations. This Philadelphia County position sits within our Supply Chain team, where we combine functional expertise, data-driven insight, and digital fluency to turn complex challenges into measurable progress across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on sourcing and procurement strategies for equipment and construction management programs.
  • Analyze spend, supplier performance, and category data to uncover savings and efficiency opportunities.
  • Design and improve procurement processes that strengthen planning, manufacturing, and fulfillment outcomes.
  • Apply digital tools and analytics to support faster, smarter purchasing decisions.
  • Help clients advance more sustainable supply chain practices.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver large-scale transformation.

Qualifications

  • Background in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or construction/equipment management consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience supporting procurement or supply chain initiatives for large, complex organizations.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder-management abilities in a fast-moving, client-facing environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site, as this is not a remote role.
