About the Role
This full-time position puts you at the center of our service operation. You'll maintain and repair vehicles according to AutoNation and Ford manufacturer standards while delivering the customer care that builds lasting loyalty and trust. What You'll Do
- Perform scheduled vehicle maintenance including fluid service, filter replacement, and inspections
- Diagnose vehicle issues and complete repairs following dealer and factory specifications
- Maintain accurate service documentation and customer records
- Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle service and build confidence in AutoNation
- Uphold quality standards and attention to detail on every vehicle
- Collaborate with technicians and service leadership in a team environment
