Senior Director of Brand Marketing

Beam Organics is seeking a Senior Director of Brand Marketing to lead our brand strategy and presence from our Wall Street office in Manhattan. In this full-time leadership position, you'll be the architect of our brand direction and the voice behind every customer-facing initiative.

About the Role

As Senior Director of Brand Marketing at Beam Organics, you'll report to the Chief Growth Officer and serve as the strategic leader of our entire brand function. You'll direct our most important owned channels, shepherd our brand partnerships and activations, and maintain the brand voice that connects authentically with customers across every touchpoint. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, where your decisions directly impact both brand perception and business growth.

What You'll Do

• Develop and lead our public relations and media strategy
• Build and optimize our organic social media presence
• Conceive, plan, and execute experiential marketing and brand activation campaigns
• Identify and manage strategic brand partnerships and collaborations
• Create and maintain brand voice guidelines and messaging frameworks that unify all product storytelling
• Lead and grow the brand marketing team to support company growth
• Track, analyze, and report on brand performance metrics and marketing effectiveness
