About the Role
As a Member Specialist at Sam's Club, you are the face of member service and satisfaction. You'll operate at the heart of the club—the checkout area and throughout the facility—ensuring members receive the support and guidance they need. This role combines direct member interaction with operational responsibilities that keep the club running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding member service at checkout and throughout the club, addressing questions and concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain the checkout area and surrounding spaces in a clean, organized, and safe condition
- Process member purchases efficiently, including payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Promote Sam's Club memberships, products, and services to enhance member value and engagement
- Assist members with self-service technology and equipment, providing clear guidance and troubleshooting support
- Respond to member concerns and complaints with solutions that uphold Sam's Club standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness and member experience
