Build the skills for this role

Build strength in experimentation platforms, analytics (funnels, attribution, significance), UX research for product pages, and stakeholder storytelling. Domain familiarity with athletic/performance eCommerce helps prioritize tests that matter for fit, sizing, and product storytelling.

Prepare case examples of CRO lifts you owned end-to-end: baseline metrics, experiment design, guardrails, and business impact. Be ready to discuss mobile PDP conversion, size/fit friction, and how you’d test messaging for a running brand without inventing unsupported claims.

Strong fit if you have hands-on eCommerce CRO experience and want to optimize a specialty athletic retail site in Seattle. Data here is thin on culture and pay—validate scope, stack, and team structure in the process.
