Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ESG Manager to lead and strengthen our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy across manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a sustainability professional who can drive corporate responsibility initiatives, regulatory compliance, climate action, and ESG reporting while partnering with senior leadership to achieve long-term business objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive ESG strategies aligned with global best practices and industry standards
• Oversee environmental impact assessments and sustainability reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into operational processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry guidelines
• Identify and manage risks related to ESG factors, including climate change, human rights, and labor practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and investors

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG management or a related field
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful ESG strategies
• Strong understanding of environmental, social, and governance principles and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior leadership and external stakeholders
• Experience in climate action planning and reporting
• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks such as GRI, SASB, or TCFD
