The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our award-winning independent agency in one of Central Queensland's most beautiful coastal communities. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the reputation of EMU PARK REAL ESTATE.
What You'll Do
- Manage property portfolios to ensure maximum occupancy and income generation
- Handle day-to-day operations including maintenance requests, tenant relations, and lease renewals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maintain a positive online presence
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide comprehensive property management services that meet client expectations
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who holds a current Real Estate Licence in Queensland. Key responsibilities include managing property portfolios, handling day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing marketing strategies.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in property management is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with tenants and colleagues
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple properties effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
