About This Position
This is a full-time position based in Bloomingdale, Georgia. The role involves managing properties across the Greater Coastal GA area with flexible yet structured working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee property maintenance and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Manage tenant relations and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare and submit regular reports on property conditions and tenant satisfaction
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs and improvements as needed
- Ensure all properties are well-maintained, safe, and comply with Fairway Management’s standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with property maintenance and tenant relations
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
