The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at The Management Association, Inc. in Elk Grove, California. This full-time position offers an hourly salary range of $27.00 - 28.00 per hour, directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of residential properties.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain rental properties to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Screen and communicate with prospective tenants, handling all aspects of the leasing process.
- Handle maintenance requests and coordinate repairs with vendors.
- Prepare and manage financial reports, ensuring accurate record-keeping and budgeting.

What You Bring

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager or similar position.
