The Opportunity
Moriah Property Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operational, financial, and administrative management of our commercial office properties. As the primary point of contact for ownership, tenants, vendors, and on-site staff, you will ensure that these assets are operated efficiently and maintained to the highest standards.
- Manage day-to-day operations of one or more commercial office properties
- Evaluate property performance and recommend strategies to enhance financial results
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and on-site staff
- Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure compliance with safety regulations and tenant satisfaction
- Prepare and submit reports as required by ownership and regulatory bodies
