The Opportunity

TORP Group, a premier owner/manager in Arlington, Virginia, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager for a Class A property with high-end amenities and event services. This full-time position offers the perfect opportunity to work close to home in Arlington.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a Class A office property with extensive amenities, events, and specialty services for tenants.
  • Ensure tenant satisfaction through exceptional customer service and proactive maintenance of the property.
  • Oversee all aspects of property management including leasing, rent collection, and lease administration.
  • Coordinate and manage special events and amenities to enhance tenant experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Property Manager in Class A properties with high-end amenities.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant property management experience, preferably in the Washington D.C./Arlington area.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with tenants and stakeholders.
