Responsibilities

• Investigate loss events by collecting statements, photos, and supporting records from relevant parties
• Assess physical damage and develop fair repair or replacement estimates consistent with policy language
• Negotiate settlement amounts with policyholders, brokers, and third parties in a professional manner
• Maintain complete, accurate claim files with detailed notes and status updates at every stage
• Coordinate with external resources such as independent adjusters, engineers, or contractors when specialized input is needed
• Identify unusual patterns or potential fraud indicators and escalate following established guidelines
• Deliver regular progress reports and respond promptly to inquiries so stakeholders remain informed

Requirements

• Direct experience managing commercial property claims or closely related property claims portfolios
