Role Overview

This role involves managing commercial properties in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Both the Property Manager and Senior Property Manager positions are part of an established team within a leading commercial real estate firm. These 12-month fixed-term contracts offer strong potential for extension or permanent employment, contingent upon performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial properties
• Managing tenant relationships and ensuring a positive experience
• Handling property maintenance and repair requests promptly
• Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Preparing financial reports and budgets for the assigned properties
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in property management, preferably within a commercial setting
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience for the Property Manager role; 7+ years for Senior Property Manager
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with property management software and tools
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service
