Position Summary
This role is part of a dynamic commercial real estate team at our client. The successful candidates will manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial properties in the Upper Hunter and Newcastle regions. These positions offer 12-month fixed-term contracts with potential for extension or conversion to permanent roles based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee property management operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Manage tenant relations, resolving disputes and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to the client as required.
- Perform regular inspections of properties to ensure they are maintained to a high standard.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial property management.
- Proven track record in managing large portfolios or individual high-value properties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with property management software and financial reporting systems.
