Manage tenant relations, resolving disputes and addressing concerns in a timely manner. Prepare and submit financial reports to the client as required. Perform regular inspections of properties to ensure they are maintained to a high standard. Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders. What You Bring A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial property management. Proven track record in managing large portfolios or individual high-value properties. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Familiarity with property management software and financial reporting systems.
