Position Summary
CRM Residential is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Luther Arms in Trenton, New Jersey. As a trusted leader in affordable housing property management, we are committed to strengthening communities and elevating the places people call home. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering positive tenant relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of property management including maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections
- Communicate effectively with tenants to address concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Manage budgets and financial records for the property
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for necessary services and upgrades
