The Opportunity
Robert Slack LLC is currently accepting applications for the Slack Academy training program designed specifically for beginner real estate agents. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to join our team and receive comprehensive training in the field of real estate.
- We accept 30 seats monthly for the Slack Academy training class, with new classes starting on the first Tuesday of every month.

What You'll Do
Newly licensed agents in Florida will have the opportunity to participate in a virtual class, with mandatory virtual attendance required throughout the training period. Each agent will receive buyer-leads during the third week of training.
- The program includes comprehensive training and support for beginner real estate agents.
- Participants will learn essential skills needed to succeed in the real estate industry.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking recently licensed agents in Florida who are eager to join our team. This is a full-time, non-remote position with competitive salary ranges from $65,000 to $200,000.
