About the Role
As a Mobile Notary Signing Agent with Certified Mobile Notary Service, you'll conduct loan closing meetings with borrowers, execute properly notarized documents, and ensure compliance throughout each transaction. You'll manage the full scope of loan signings—from identity verification to document execution—working directly with lenders, title companies, and clients to deliver seamless closing experiences.
What You'll Do
- Meet with borrowers at their homes, offices, or preferred locations to execute loan documents and perform notarizations
- Verify client identities and confirm document completeness and accuracy
- Travel throughout Jackson City and surrounding Kentucky areas to conduct loan closing appointments
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation for each closing transaction
- Coordinate with lenders and title companies to ensure timely, compliant loan signings
- Apply knowledge of state notarization requirements and mortgage closing procedures
What We're Looking For
- Active Kentucky notary public commission or commitment to obtaining one
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy handling legal documents
- Professional communication skills and polished client interactions
- Reliable vehicle and availability to travel within the Jackson City area
- Full-time commitment with ability to manage your own schedule
- Familiarity with loan signing and mortgage closing best practices (preferred)
Earning Potential and Flexibility
Mobile Notary Signing Agents working with Certified Mobile Notary Service earn $75 to $200 per loan closing appointment. You'll benefit from the independence of managing your own practice while accessing consistent closing opportunities from our nationwide lender and title company network.
