What You'll Do
- Conduct loan closing signings at client locations across Colorado Springs and El Paso County
- Verify signer identities and ensure all documentation is properly executed and notarized
- Maintain detailed records of all notarial acts and loan closing transactions
- Communicate professionally with lenders, real estate agents, and borrowers to coordinate appointments
- Deliver completed documents and closing packages to appropriate parties
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with repeat clients and referral sources
What We're Looking For
- Current notary public commission in Colorado with mobile notary certification
- Proven experience as a notary signing agent, preferably with loan closing background
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
