What This Role Involves

The role involves driving strategic collaboration and partnership initiatives within the Training and Placement Ecosystem (TPE) Partners. The candidate will engage key stakeholders such as NTUC affiliates, government agencies, and employers to enhance workforce development, placement opportunities, and lifelong learning programs.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive strategic partnerships with TPE partners to support workforce development initiatives.
• Engage with NTUC affiliates, government agencies, and employers to foster collaboration and mutual benefit.
• Enhance workforce placement opportunities through effective partnership management.
• Promote lifelong learning programs that align with the needs of the workforce and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines).
• Proven experience in strategic partnership management within a corporate or public sector environment.
• A strong understanding of the Training and Placement Ecosystem and its stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
