The Opportunity
The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Lead to drive and sustain strong industry partnerships that support workplace learning, training, and workforce development initiatives. As a key member of the Industry-Based Training Division, you will engage with industry partners, analyze training needs, and collaborate to design and deliver programmes for ITE trainees while gathering insights on industry trends and workforce developments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners to support workplace learning and training initiatives.
- Analyze training needs and develop strategies to address them in collaboration with industry partners.
- Design and deliver programmes for ITE trainees, ensuring they meet the evolving demands of the workforce.
- Gather insights on industry trends and share these findings with relevant stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- A proven track record in building and maintaining strong industry partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and develop effective strategies.
